My studio is located at 704 Bridge St. Charlevoix MI, 49720 right next to Edward Jones

Be yourself! Feel free to just wear your favorite everyday outfit and same for your kids. The backdrops are white and black, so no need to worry about color clashing etc.

Just try to avoid clothing with logos.

Oh and the white backdrop is paper, so no shoes please!

There are two studio parking spots along the alley on the side of the building or feel free to park on a side street (Upright or Hurlbut) and walk over.

The back of the building is residential parking, so please avoid parking back there.

Shoots are scheduled on the half hour and usually take about 15 minutes. Timely arrival is paramount!

Let the kids be kids. We could try to force perfect posture and perfect smiles onto their faces, but it’s against their nature and usually takes the fun out of it for them. Instead, let’s let them be themselves and it will result in photos that will remind you how this season of life feels like. Kids are better at being themselves than fitting in a mold. Actually, isn’t that true for all of us?
